If your team uses Slack as their preferred communication tool you can now use the Slack integration to keep your team up-to-date at every stage.

Push comments to Slack
Your integrated user can push comments to Slack from everywhere when Comment is enabled.
Owners, Admins, Editors, Read Only and Requestor user types can push comments to Slack. These users will need to be members of the Slack workspace and channel to push comments from Dragonboat to Slack.
Note: Only public Slack channels that you have joined will be available in the Comment dropdown list*
Here are some examples where a comment may be send to Slack
- Any View share page
- Portfolio list - RICE fields
- OKR detailed screen
- Estimate details screen
- Request details screen
- and more...
To send a comment to Slack, click the comment icon, once you add your comment, you'll see the "Send the Slack" option and will be able to choose which Slack channel to send the comment.
Use the @mention in comment from Dragonboat to Slack to alert the specific users of your comments in their slack. Just type @ before their name and then select them from the menu that appears.
Note: the @mention will also mention the user in Slack when the user email in Dragonboat and Slack is the same.
Receive key status change notifications via slack
In addition to email notifications you can also receive notifications for key status changes to slack. Each user in Dragonboat can change their notification settings under the preference page.
