Setting up Integrations from the Settings page
Note: Admin Access Required
A Dragonboat Admin can set up individual integration (multiple Jira, Azure, Asana) from the settings page by following the steps below:
Step One: Go to Settings > Integrations and select the integration from the drop-down menu and instructions to integrate.
You will see the list of possible integrations from the drop-down.
Important Information:
- Both Admin and Editor can create or link items on the Idea edit screen once the integration is enabled.
- All Dragonboat user types can authenticate themselves against available integrations.
- Each integration will have its own field mapping and progress tracking.
- Each Idea may be associated with only 1 integration.
- For Jira integration, each instance may have its own integration template (field mapping).
Setting up Multiple Instances with Jira
For Jira you may integrate multiple instances, each with its own configurations.
Note: You'll need to know which Jira to connect to when trying to create, link, or update the ticket.
