Share Reports or Embed Request Module on a Confluence Page

If your teams prefer to access reports or submit requests from Confluence, Sharepoint, MS Teams, Google Sites, or an internal portal, you can embed the Request portal or saved Dragonboat page view.

Note: Read-only or Request permission is required to access.

Here are the high-level steps with detailed screenshots below:

In Dragonboat -

1. To embed a report, filter and set up the page into a view that's best for your audience. Click the View option to Save/ share a view

You may create and share a view on the Idea, Request, as well as any page under the dashboard. Here is an example of embedding a Summary page:

2. Once you enter a name and click Save and Share, you may copy the URL on the next screen like this, and paste it to the Confluence macro (see Confluence workflow below)

Here is some suggested code if you are using an iFrame,

<iframe src="YOUR-LINK" scrolling="yes" height="600px" width="1000px"></iframe>

You can resize the embedded box by adjusting the height and width settings to display more of the view. In the above example, the height is set at 600px and the width is set at 1000px.

On Confluence:

On your Confluence page, click "Make page full-width"

If your stakeholders do not yet have Dragonboat access, they will need to request access to this account and instantly be approved if they have the same email domain as the account owner (or on the Okta approved list)

To embed a Request page, paste the request page URL to the Confluence iFrame macro URL field.
