Trade off features by drag along timeline, using Actual or Draft mode

Review functional dependencies (linked gantt bars) or resource bottlenecks (bottom table). Drag the bar to adjust demand against priority and resources until all fit. 

Real time review of Planned Portfolio allocation

The success of portfolio relies on good allocation. You may review your Planned Allocation towards objectives, products, or investment categories in real time before Confirm them. 

Note: After the filter is applied, only Ideas in the Planning Stage will be used in the Allocation chart. 

Optional: AI Powered and Adjustable Staffing assignment 

Once you confirm an idea (from Planning stage), our smart algorithm will find the best resource to assign to. You may adjust assignment by drag the bar to different person, or extend/ shorten or duplicate assignment. 

The Idea timeline determined by its estimates becomes the 1st baseline. The assignments determines the 2nd baseline of the idea.
